How can we help?
Help with your Picful albums, invitations, uploads and privacy.
Email Picful supportInclude your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Picful version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, session tokens or photos you do not want us to see.
Joining a shared album
Open your friend’s invitation on a device with Picful installed. For cloud albums, both people need Cloud sharing selected and an internet connection. If approval is required, the owner or co-owner must approve the request in Members & Access.
Uploads and offline viewing
Keep Picful open while selected media is being prepared. Prepared cloud uploads can continue in the background. If you force-quit the app, reopen it to resume unfinished sending. Downloaded photos and videos can be viewed offline; new content requires a connection.
Short videos
Cloud albums support videos up to 60 seconds and 20 MB after preparation. Nearby-only Bluetooth sharing supports photos.
Nearby-only sharing
Keep the devices close together, enable Bluetooth and leave Picful open on each device. Nearby-only mode requires supported physical devices. Location access is optional and helps suggest a place for your party.
Your profile and data
Picful uses a guest identity stored on your device. Account recovery and signing in on another device are not currently available. Owners and contributors can delete photos and videos using the in-app controls. Exported copies held by other people are outside Picful’s control.
To request help accessing or deleting your profile, cloud albums or other personal data, email support@nuta.life. Tell us your display name and the relevant album so we can help identify the data and verify the request. We may ask for additional information to confirm ownership.
